Australia Post Standard Package
Shipping methods: Australia Post standard/Australia Post Express
1. Australia Post Standard Delivery: The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Orders usually ship within 1-5 business days depending on the payment confirmation and your selected delivery address and the availability of your items in the warehouse.
2. Australia Post Express： You can always pick this method by paying an extra $15, it usually takes 1-3 business days to deliver within Australia.

woopoo uses Australia post Standard / Express for all shipping requirements.
Australia post to New Zealand would longer please noted during covid-19 we don’t had any control with Post Office please be patience to wait for the order.
We are recommend New Zealand try to grab combo or bundle at once.
All parcels shipped by woopoo include a tracking number. If you require signature on delivery or insurance for lost/stolen/damaged parcels, these options are available when confirming your purchase. If no one is available at your nominated shipping address and ‘Signature on Delivery’ option has not been selected then NZ post has the authority to leave your parcel in a secure location of their choosing.
